About the Founder — Nikita Pasari

Nikita Pasari is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pasari Consulting Group, LLC. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from India with over a decade of experience in finance, taxation, and accounting.

Nikita holds a valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN), authorizing her to prepare and e-file Federal and State returns directly with the IRS.

Her strong background in both international and U.S. tax systems allows her to support clients with multi-jurisdictional income, foreign asset reporting, and cross-border compliance.
